Emmanouil holds a Computer Science Bsc from Athens University and a MSc in Interactive Computer Design from Loughborough University of Technology. Also holds various Microsoft Certifications.

FEK Word Addin
Greek State Gazette publishes laws and regulations since 1833. A Greek law or regulation naturally takes effect as long as it published in that gazette. The gazette edition, number and publication date (FEK or ΦΕΚ in Greek) follows every law or regulation.
This word addin enables the user to type the number and year of any law - for example N.1337/1983, right click on it, select additional actions - Fek Search and the addin will query our SQL Azure database of 140K law entries (from 1833 till 2014, expanding to cover until today) and enter the fek details directly next it. For example in this case will be
Ν.1337/1983 (ΦΕΚ 33Α’/1983)
Under the hood, addin is using an Azure web service, which will query the fek Azure SQL database using a stored procedure and return the result.
Fek Azure database is also used by our Windows Fek search application that can search for any keyword or phrase in the law or regulation description and return a list of results. This can prove extremely useful to any law professional looking for laws affecting a specific geographical area or subject.

This app can search any Windows folder for any MS Word or Adobe PDF file containing a keyword or phrase.
Utilises search in file technology, enabling quick and efficient search of hundreds of files. Results are presented in a grid, user can just click to open the related file.
